Every dinner starts with a conversation about who is coming and what they like to eat and drink. From there we build the menu, not the other way around.
In the Cellar Room
We set our private room for your party and run the evening the way we would run our own dining room — courses, pours, and timing.
The Chef's Table
A small group at the pass, eating what the chef is cooking that night, with each pour explained as it lands.
